Translate to English Relativ kühler, grasig-kräuteriger und an grünen Paprika erinnernder, eher herber Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelb- und grünfruchtigen Noten sowie erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Auch im Mund eher herbe Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlichen und auch wieder erdigen Noten, zart nussig, lebendige, feine Säure und moderater Gerbstoff, gewisse Kraft und Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, aber sehr gut gemacht, besitzt trotz des hohen Alkohols Frische, etwas Mineralik, guter Abgang.
