2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Chardonnay Maturum, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, delicate yeasty, light nutty and mineral notes. Fairly firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and light yeasty notes, elegant herbaceous and vegetal aromas, salty mineral notes, ripe tannins provide some grip, persistent, good substance, has backbone, floral traces and light nutty notes, bite and grip on a very good firm, fairly juicy finish.

Fairly firm, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light spicy oak with some aniseed, hint of tobacco in the background, lively acidity, chalky and mineral notes, full-bodied and creamy, but also has bite, quite polished, hint of mountain flowers and some sugar candy on a very good juicy finish.
