2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Blauburgunder Palladium, Alto Adige, Italy

Red berries on the nose, floral traces and a delicate hint of mushrooms, earthy traces, hint of tobacco. Straightforward fruit on the palate, moderate tannins, very light acid bite, vegetal and light earthy notes, hint of mushrooms, light nutty oak, hint of tobacco, structure and bite develop with aeration, salty traces, good to very good finish. Has improved significantly in recent months.
