Citrus fruit and apples on the nose, prominent vegetal notes, hint of volatile and lactic notes. Tart vegetal notes on the palate, but also fairly juicy, light volatile and lactic notes again, acidity not yet integrated, some juniper and a hint of strawberries, noticeable alcohol, not particularly deep, more tart vegetal notes and juniper as well as noticeable alcohol on an attractive finish.
