Firm nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, spicy vegetal notes, mineral traces. Very clear, polished style on the palate, bone-dry fruit, elegant acidity, spicy vegetal notes, some mineral notes, unmistakable origin, fairly creamy, good persistence, tart and spicy on a good finish. Most enjoyable.
