Toasted notes on the nose, walnuts, dried herbs and a delicate hint of bacon, whiff of partly preserved red and black berries and some orange zests. Tart, elegant, juicy, fairly firm fruit on the palate, light acid bite, cherries, cocoa and juniper, integrated tannins, good persistence and contours, salty mineral notes, hint of orange zests, coffee and bacon on a good to very good finish.
