Nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, earthy and mineral notes, pomaceous and citrus fruit, yeasty traces. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty aromas, prominent nutty notes, hint of butter and sugar candy, lively, elegant acidity, gripping tannins, persistent and full-bodied, tart mineral notes, fairly firm, good depth, juicy and slightly spicy on a good finish.
