2008 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Vernatsch Breitbacher, Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, fairly mature nose, red berries, hint of almonds, floral traces. Soft, slightly jammy fruit on the palate, delicate vegetal notes, hint of sugar candy and some more almonds, low tannins, slightly creamy, attractive finish. Slightlay past its peak, but still pleasant to drink.
