2017 Kerner Spätlese, Pfalz, Germany

Very slightly reductive nose, prominent nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of citrus fruit and green berries, hint of tobacco, earthy traces. Light-bodied, sweetish fruit on the palate, waxy traces, delicate yeasty notes, elegant, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, mature pomaceous fruit in the nackground, salty mineral notes, hint of mint on a good finish.
