2017 Grauburgunder Spätlese trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Smoked bacon and a hint of tobacco on the nose, light dried vegetal notes, yellow fruit and earthy notes. Ripe, fairly juicy, very slighy sweetish fruit on the palate, smoky notes and some tobacco, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, full body, hint of sugar candy, salty notes in the background, good to very good juicy, grippy finish.
