Calm, nutty aroma of pome fruit with moderate, light, slightly toasty wood notes and dried floral tones. Ripe, warm, somewhat melting fruit, smoky and nutty flavours, moderate acidity, some grip, certain wood flavours, hints of smoke and roasting again, salty tones, slightly noticeable alcohol, good to very good finish.
