Planty to herbal and a touch floral nose with tart yellow fruity aromas, tobacco to woody traces as well as earthy-mineral hints and hints of root vegetables. Quite juicy, ripe, partly candied yellow fruit with fine, quite lively acidity and grip, herbal-vegetable tones on the palate, some yellow spice, nutty traces, lasting, delicately sweet in the background, some depth, mineral tones, very good, quite juicy and again herbal and somewhat yellow-spicy finish, which first becomes a little soft with air, but tightens up again on the third day.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
