Delicately smoky, herbal and peppery aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas, hints of yeast and fine vegetal tones. Firmly woven, quite juicy fruit with smoky, herbal-vegetable and slightly peppery aromas, a hint of bacon, some fennel, still a little drying tannin, which integrates well with air and gives the wine additional backbone, persistent, has power, salt in the background, very good, slightly warm, tangy-juicy finish with grip.
