Tart, firm and quite deep, somewhat dried-vegetable to tobacco aroma of predominantly dark berries with earthy and a little bacony notes, ethereal herbs and a hint of pepper. Dark, partly preserved and candied fruit, nutty and toasty, very slightly sooty wood spice, ethereal and herbal notes, fine sandy tannin, some bite, warming alcohol, lots of salt in the background, has bite, quite complex, very good, bitterish-woody finish with increasing tart juice, juniper notes and pepper.
