Clearly planty citrus nose with tart mineral notes and a hint of yeast. Rather firm, not quite dry fruit, lively acidity, yeasty notes and some tannin grip, herbal and planty aromas on the palate, has bite, good persistence, good, delicately sweet finish with mineral notes and slightly sandy tannin.
