Translate to English Fester, leicht rauchiger und kandiert-nussiger, auch kräuteriger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und deutlich gelb-gewürzigen Noten sowie gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. Herb-saftige, etwas zitrusbetonte Frucht mit lebendiger Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff sowie nussigen und leicht rauchigen Holzaromen, speckige und kräuterige Noten am Gaumen, etwas Pfeffer, recht kräftiger Stil, ein Hauch Kandis und süßlicher Schmelz, viel Biss, ätherische, an Heilkräuter erinnernde Noten, ein wenig Lorbeer, noch unentwickelt, zartes Bitter, sehr guter Abgang mit an Suppenkräuter erinnernden Noten.
