Herbaceous and quite deep, somewhat plant-like and delicately smoky citrus core fruit scent with moderate barrel tones, herbs, kaffir lime, oysters, and mineral hints. Clear, juicy, quite firm fruit, very fine, relatively lively acidity and light grip, persistent on the palate, herbal-ethereal spice in the background, floral nuances, quite distinct minerality, hinted roasting, certain depth, very good, juicy and spicy, also a bit smoky finish.
