Nutty-woody scent with slightly warm yellow fruity aromas, a bit of vanilla, anise, and some bitter herbal, also hinted tobacco notes. Firmly structured, bitter-juicy fruit with a bit of nutty and vanillin wood, smoky nuances, and a little herbs, very fine acidity, a certain melt, salt in the background, moderate, crumbly-sandy tannin, relatively cool style, a hint of citrus zest, then also artichokes, fine aromatic bitterness, very good finish.
