Fester, nutty, delicate floral and slightly smoky-woody core fruit scent with meaty aromas, a bit of savoy cabbage, and a hint of root vegetables. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit, nutty wood spice, creamy notes reminiscent of cocoa butter, very fine acidity, a bit of tobacco and ash, has power and substance, good sustainability, certain warmth, with mineral nuances in the background, very good, quite firm, juicy and spicy finish with a bit of buttercream, certain warmth, but also bite.
