Festering and quite deep, somewhat smoky to fatty, herb-woody scent with bright yellow fruity aromas, fine root vegetables, forest mushrooms, and herbs. Ripe, juicy, quite dense fruit, nutty, smoky, and hinted roasted and ashy wood, fine acidity, a bit of grip from tender tannins, sustainable, a little vegetative, with mineral undertones in the background, very good, firm finish.
