Festering and quite deep, smoky aroma with tart, very fine yellow fruity notes, a bit of herbs, very delicate anise spice and floral nuances. Clear, extremely juicy, fresh fruit, fine, quite lively acidity, smoky and somewhat herbal notes, again yellow spice with anise notes, grip of ripe tannin, lasting on the palate, has substance and some depth, bright minerality, a hint of rock candy in the background, very fine plant sharpness, firm, again quite juicy finish with bite. Can age, even though it is already incredibly enjoyable.
