Cool, bright, fresh, planty citrus and stone fruit nose with delicate herbaceous nuances, a little smoke and a hint of pak choi. Firm, juicy, ripe, bright fruit, lively acidity and some grip, yeasty nuances, somewhat herbaceous and floral, lots of chalky-salty minerality, has tension, a certain depth, again a little pak choi, very good, citrus-accentuated, juicy finish with tension and yellow spice.
