Firm and quite deep, still somewhat smoky-reductive nose with relatively light yellow fruity aromas, herbaceous and floral nuances, still a hint of yeast and quite clear minerality. Firm, tart, again rather bright fruit with nutty, yeasty and slightly smoky tones, lively acidity, fine phenolic grip, persistent and quite dense on the palate, elegant and very taut at the same time, some yellow spice, clear minerality, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
