Clear, bright, delicately vegetal to herbaceous citrus nose with fine pomaceous fruit notes, floral traces and some minerality. Slender, undeveloped, cool fruit, lively acidity, vegetal, yeasty and light mineral tones, moderate wood notes and a hint of butter, citrus zest in the background, has tension, light mineral tones, persistent, cool, finely juicy finish with plenty of bite and very delicate smoky nuances. Absolutely needs to mature.
