Firmly woven, somewhat herbal scent with citrus and stone fruit aromas, hints of candy, smoke, shellfish, hints of pepper and a touch of white cabbage with caraway. Cool, lean, tight, very bright fruit, lively acidity and grip of friable tannin, persistent, chalky and salty minerality, downright cold style, a little seaweed in the background, hints of coriander and cassis, tangerine zest, very good firm, fine-juicy finish.
