Firm, deep, tart nose, fairly prominent mineral notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, hint of bacon and tobacco, spicy traces. Ripe, firm, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, persistent, floral traces in the background, hint of sugar candy, good depth, fairly complex, prominent mineral notes on a very good, long, firm, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
