Tart, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous nose, predominantly dark berries with sour cherry notes and a hint of tobacco. Clear, again tart, rather dark fruit, nutty and slightly smoky barrel notes, a hint of cocoa, crumbly, dusty tannins that become even finer with air, a certain persistence, fleshy traces, chalky-salty hints in the background, good to very good, still very slightly drying finish with tart juice.
