2017 Pleisweiler-Oberhofen Schloßberg Riesling feinherb, Pfalz, Germany

Fairly firm, deep nose, vegetal, herbaceoujs and floral notes, hint of petrol, partly candied and preserved yellow fruit, hint of black berries, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, hint of tobacco, herbaceous traces, hint of dark berries, persistent, mineral notes, slightly sweetish, good substance, persistence and depth, hint of yellow spice, touch of sugar candy, peppery traces, more vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes on a very good juicy finish.
