Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and slightly yeasty pome fruit nose with a hint of avocado and white bread. Bright, not quite dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of citrus zest and mint, lively acidity, fine mousseux, delicate grip, hints of marzipan and tobacco, good to very good finish.
