Relatively cool, somewhat nutty, vegetal to herbaceous and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of wasabi, artichokes and butter. Clear, juicy fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, a hint of nut butter and hints of fennel, fine acidity, noticeable grip, some persistence, nutty and slightly roasted oak notes in the background, chalky tones, a hint of blackcurrants on a very good finish.
