Nutty and slightly dried-vegetable aroma with restrained, clear, tart yellow fruity aromas and delicate barrel tones. Ripe, juicy, tightly knit fruit, lively acidity and some grip, slightly smoky and nutty flavours, a little yellow spice, has power, slightly noticeable alcohol, good persistence, a little citrus zest, hints of brown butter, very good, firm finish.
