2021 Eichstetten Herrenbuck Pinot Noir trocken "Dreistern ***", Baden, Germany

Rather tart, slightly earthy-vegetable and restrained, barrel-like aroma with warm berry and cherry notes and a hint of leather. Clear, quite juicy fruit with hints of ethereal vegetal notes, somewhat nutty and a hint of earthiness on the palate, hints of juniper in the background, also a hint of okra, hints of chocolate in the background, noticeable, warming alcohol, citrus peel in the background, certain acid bite, not very deep, smoky-ashy hints, noticeable alcohol again on the finish and slightly cooling ethereal notes.
