Cool, quite polished, somewhat vegetal and yeasty nose with restrained, very bright yellow fruity notes and nutty traces. Clear, cool, polished and fine-juicy fruit, again quite bright, rather citrus accentuated, fine acidity and very delicate grip, certain persistence, elegant style nutty and planty to herbaceous traces, very light zest tones, good to very good finish.
