Firm, cool, bright citrus-peach scent with fine herbal, slightly fennel-like notes, floral hints, hints of pepper and some minerality. Fine, bright, cool, perfectly dry fruit, nutty, almondy and herbal tones, a hint of smoke, lively, fine acidity and some grip, chalky-salty minerality, persistent on the palate, certain depth, has tension, still undeveloped, very good, tart, tight finish, again with some fennel. Still improving with air.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2034+. What our ratings mean
