Cool, firm, somewhat smoky, slightly vegetal and delicately yeasty nose with delicately buttery and restrained, with air somewhat clearer, fresh yellow fruity aromas, nutty tones and vegetal as well as mushroomy hints. Ripe, polished, juicy fruit, fine buttery, vegetal, nutty and yeasty tones, a little light wood, very fine acidity, persistent, has polish, a certain coolness, light minerality, some smoke in the background, still young, yet with a rather soft, supple core, very good, polished, fine-juicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
