Tart yeasty nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, cool yellow fruit, some green berries, bell peppers, light mineral notes, whiff of white pepper. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, some herbs, yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, light mineral notes, some grip, good persistence, very good cool, tart finish.
