2023 Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Relatively cool, bright, slightly smoky and somewhat vegetal to herbaceous nose with citrus and pomaceous fruit notes and a hint of white flowers. Straightforward, still youthful citrus fruit with delicately creamy, lively, almost present acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky minerality, hints of mussels and green tobacco, good to very good finish with bite.
