Clear and very polished, cool, pure, bright citrus nose with a hint of peach, white berry nuances and fine vegetal and floral tones. Finely juicy, bright, again very clear and cool fruit, lively, polished acidity, delicate yeasty and planty notes, chalky tones in the background, animating, yet bone-dry, good to very good finish.
