Quite firm and fresh bouquet with almost quiet yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of smoke, floral nuances and hints of planty notes. Clear, delicate, bright, tart fruit, nutty and yeasty traces, slightly planty in the background, persistent on the palate, hints of smoke, clear, bright minerality, some depth, delicate yellow spice, very good, tight finish.
