Still a little smoky-reductive, relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal pome and stone fruit scent with a hint of jalapenos and light flowers. Clear citrus fruit with a noticeable acid bite and slightly yeasty traces, has some grip and persistence, salty minerality, lime zest and peppers in the background, hints of red currants and currant leaves in the good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
