Cool, firm, tart and undeveloped, still clearly yeasty bouquet with bright yellow-fruity aromas, a little fresh herbs, floral nuances, hints of smoke and chalky minerality. Tight, bright, fine-juicy fruit, yeasty, fresh herbal-vegetable and very slightly ethereal-spicy notes, some grip, lively, fine acidity, restrained, sweet melting, chalky minerality, very fine blackberry tones in the background, still undeveloped, very good, tight, light-juicy and again mineral finish with fresh vegetable notes.
