2020 Spätburgunder Landwein "Sexy MF", Rheinhessen, Germany

Somewhat herbal, nutty and hinted at mushroomy aroma of predominantly black berries and a little cherry with a hint of yeast. Clear, dry, still slightly yeasty fruit with some acidity, has some grip and good persistence, tobacco and slightly smoky hints in the background, hints of pomegranate, salty and chalky tones in the good to very good finish.
