2017 Westhofen Silvaner Alte Reben, pour toujours, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm nose, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, cool yellow fruit, earthy and floral traces. Youthful, firm, cool, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, fresh vegetal aromas, floral traces, delicately sweetish and creamy in the background, but also has bite and grip, light chalky and salty mineral notes, touch of yellow spice, smoky traces, hint of bacon, fresh herbaceous and cool mineral notes on a very good firm, juicy finish.
