Still slightly yeasty, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of mushroom on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of pepper and aniseed. Youthful, polished, slightly warm fruit with a sweetish mellowness, lively yet fine acidity, light tannic grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, hints of red berries on a good to very good, again slightly alcohol-warm finish.
