Clear, polished nose of mixed berries and cherries with slightly herbal and hints of peppery aromas. Cool, quite taut, juicy, youthful fruit, nutty and hints of chocolate, fine tannin, some bite, good persistence, smoky traces, a little salt in the background, a hint of roasting, good to very good, quite juicy finish with spice and bite.
