Clear, polished and quite fine, bright yellow fruity nose with delicate yeasty and nutty tones, herbal-vegetable nuances and a hint of capers. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit, very fine acidity, light wood spice with a hint of sweetness, certain warmth on the palate, but also polish and clear contours, minerality in the background, some depth, still young, very good finish.
