Planty and very slightly yeasty, also mineral nose with very restrained, light yellow fruity notes. Rather tart fruit with yeasty, slightly planty and light earthy-mineral notes, suitable acidity, very slightly muted on the palate, certain persistence, nutty hints, still very slightly rough in the good, tart finish.
