Cool, slightly dried-vegetable and delicately yeasty citrus nose with hints of hard peach and light mineral nuances. Tart, bright fruit, slightly nutty yeasty tones, grip and fine acidity on the palate, nutty hints, some persistence, good substance, fine grip, good to very good finish.
