2015 trocken Cuvée "Wilhelm", Pfalz, Germany

Very slightly smoky and tobacco aroma of black and red berries with sooty and implied meaty tones, some iodine, soy sauce, coffee and clearly parsley. Firmly woven, ripe, tart fruit, smoky, slightly toasty and tobacco flavours, juniper-ethereal spice, salt in the background, coriander and mint, present, very slightly drying tannin, some depth, very good, firm, tart-juicy, grippy and again emphatically ethereal-spicy finish.
