2015 Bissersheim Spätburgunder trocken Kalkmergel, Sponti {unfiltriert}, Pfalz, Germany

Clear, polished red berry nose with light cherry notes, dried vegetal notes, meaty juice and earthy mineral notes. Cool, firm and juicy in the mouth, again relatively light fruit with light nutty and woody notes, still a touch of yeast and earthy and tobacco nuances, good persistence and substance, some acid bite and firm, fine sandy, still youthful tannins, noticeable salt in the background, also nutmeg, polished, very good finish. Something still has to mature.
